    APPOINTMENT: DDI names new executive director

    OTTAWA – The Diamond Development Initiative has chosen Ian Rowe as its new executive director, effective Sept. 2, 2019. He has been the association’s deputy executive director since September 2018. He will replace Dorothee Gizenga, the organization’s founding executive director.
