| Summary | The Industry Series will comprise of 4 sessions that will be tailored towards specific industries. Each session will discuss: key financial statement issues applicable to the industry, common MD&A deficiencies, other aspects of regulatory compliance, and tips on working with the OSC. The sessions will provide best practices and OSC staff will share the latest hot buttons in securities compliance.
Attendees will learn industry specific accounting and securities issues, will meet with industry peers and discuss common issues, and hear directly from OSC staff regarding best practices for working with the OSC.
