AGREEMENT: Pacific NW, Temagami sign understanding for River Valley property

ONTARIO – Pacific North West Capital Corp. of Vancouver and the Temagami First Nation have signed a memorandum of understanding that covers PFN's River Valley platinum property approximately 100 km east of Sudbury.

ONTARIO – Pacific North West Capital Corp. of Vancouver and the Temagami First Nation have signed a memorandum of understanding that covers PFN's River Valley platinum property approximately 100 km east of Sudbury.

The agreement is designed to promote communications and foster a mutually respectful relationship, whereby Temagami First Nation is informed of and can provide input on PFN's plans for exploration and development activities. The MOU provides a framework for how the two parties will work together to address potential impacts on Temagami First Nation rights and interests and confirms Temagami First Nation support for the project.

The River Valley project is a primary platinum group metals project. It has a 43-101 compliant resource of 26 million measured tonnes grading 1.5 g/t PdEq (1.2 million oz contained PdEq), 66 million indicated tonnes grading 1.4 g/t PdEq (2.8 million oz contained PdEq), and 36 million inferred tonnes grading 1.1 g/t PdEq (1.2 million oz contained PdEq)
