MONTREAL - BBA has placed among the 50 Best Employers in Canada yet again this year. This marks the third consecutive time that the consulting engineering firm has received this distinction since it began participating in the survey in 2010.
This year, some 150 companies in various fields took part in the survey, vying to compete with the best. Employees were asked to answer a confidential survey that measured their level of engagement on 21 different drivers, such as appreciation of managers and upper management, work environment and HR practices. BBA's engagement score of 83% means that eight out of 10 employees speak positively about the organization, show a strong desire to remain at BBA and strive to excel within the company.
