NORTHERN QUEBEC - CANADIAN ROYALTIES of Montreal has added tonnage for the Ivakkak deposit to the total resources for its Raglan South property in Nunavik (far northern Quebec, not to be confused with the territory of Nunavut). The numbers for the Ivakkak deposit's indicated resources are 520,000 tonnes at 1.6% Ni, 2.1% Cu, 0.07% Co and 4.4 g/t PGE. There is also an inferred resource of 105,000 tonnes grading 1.7% Ni, 1.9% Cu, 0.07% Co and 4.3 g/t PGE.

The Ivakkak deposit was discovered in 2005, and the zone remains open in several directions. A follow-up drill program is planned this year.

The addition of these numbers brings the total indicated resources at the Raglan South nickel project to 11.1 million tonnes at 1.0% Ni, 1.2% Cu, 0.04% Co and 3.1 g/t PGE plus an inferred resource of 167,000 tonnes at 1.6% Ni, 1.5% Cu, 0.07% Co and 3.5 g/t PGE.

The company has a very nice image gallery at its website, www.CanadianRoyalties.com.
