This is the second year that the firm has participated in Aon Hewitt's Best Employers study.
The Best Employers in Canada study is conducted annually by Aon Hewitt, the human capital consulting and outsourcing solutions division of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON). The first Best Employers in Canada list was released in 2000. Based on survey data collected from employees themselves, the survey results measure levels of employee engagement and help organizations pinpoint the HR programs, policies and practices that will have the most positive impact on employee engagement.
