BRITISH COLUMBIA - The new 43-101-compliant resource estimate for the Esso deposit at the Kutcho copper-zinc-precious metals project near Dease Lake reflects higher grades and confidence for owner Capstone Mining of Vancouver. The 2010 infill drilling program significantly improved the continuity of the mineralization and allowed the company to move all of the inferred mineralization into the indicated category.

Total measured and indicated resources are 1.8 million tonnes grading 2.69% Cu, 6.18% Zn, 0.66 g/t Au and 64.8 g/t Ag. The resource is estimated to contain over 100 million lb of copper and more than 240 million lb of zinc. Contained copper is double and contained zinc is almost triple the estimates of February 2009.

The pre-feasibility study is due in Q1 2011.
