BRITISH COLUMBIA – Lions Gate Metals of Vancouver has filed the new 43-101 report for its Poplar copper-gold-silver-molybdenum deposit in the Omenica Mining Division on SEDAR. It includes results from the second phase of drilling at the property.

The amount of contained copper in the Poplar deposit has increased by 47%, and for the first time precious metals were included in the estimate. At a 0.15% Cu cut-off, the property has a new indicated resource of 171.3 million tonnes grading 0.28% Cu (1.06 billion lb), 0.008% Mo, 0.08 g/t Au and 2.30 g/t Ag (0.40% CuEq), plus an inferred resource of 209.0 million tonnes grading 0.23% Cu (1.06 billion lb), 0.004% Mo, 0.06 g/t Au and 3.62 g/t Ag (0.33% CuEq).

Lions Gate is eager to proceed with work on the Poplar property. Metallurgical testing and additional drilling are planned.
