COPPER-GOLD VENTURE: Starfire, Liaoning agree to JV for Porphyry Pearl property

BRITISH COLUMBIA - Vancouver-based Starfire Minerals has signed a joint venture agreement with Liaoning Eden Venture Investments for the exploration and development of Starfire's Porphyry Pearl copper-gold property in the Toodoggone area.

The partners will create a new company to conduct the work. Liaoning can earn up to a 51% interest in the project by investing $9 million.
