ONTARIO - PACIFIC COMOX RESOURCES of Toronto continues to test the former underground copper mine at its Ryan Lake property near Matachewan. So far hole No.87 assayed 0.96% Cu and 0.056% Mo over 34 metres, including an interval grading 2.1% Cu and 0.16% Mo over 12 metres. Another interval of 33 metres in the same hole graded 0.54% Cu and 0.027% Mo.

Copper grades were lower in two other holes reported by Pacific Comox. Hole No.86 returned 163 metres from near surface grading 0.26% Cu and 0.15% Mo, including 17 metres grading 0.83% Cu and 0.034% Mo. Hole No.81 returned 135 metres at 0.35% Cu and 0.031% Mo, including a 21-metre intersection that graded 0.58% Cu and 0.59% Mo.

The current program also tested the indicated mineralized zones to deeper levels than the previous programs. The assays of all holes in this summer's Ryan Lake program are available at www.PacificComox.com. The holes also had gold and silver values.
