BRITISH COLUMBIA - GETTY COPPER of Coquitlam, B.C., has received a 43-101 report for its Gerry South deposit in the Highland Valley, near Kamloops. The report lists total inferred resources of 28.2 million tonnes grading 0.47% Cu, or 290.0 million lb of contained copper. The resource is further divided into oxide material (3.1 million tonnes at 0.51% Cu) and sulphide mineralization (25.1 million tonnes at 0.46% Cu).

The report recommends at least three infill diamond drill holes be sunk 500 metres deep. Additional infill drilling, trenching and bulk sampling may also be on the horizon.

The Getty South property is 50% owned by Getty Resources and 50% owned by ROBAK INDUSTRIES, a private company owned by John Lepinski who is also a director of Getty.

A quick visit to www.GettyCopper.com will give readers an overall idea of the mountainous property and various types of mineralization. The property lies near the Valley, Lornex and Bethlehem pits of TECK COMINCO's HIGHLAND VALLEY COPPER.
