BRITISH COLUMBIA - WESTERN KELTIC MINES of Vancouver has completed a NI 43-101 estimate for its Kutcho project in the northwest part of the province. Three deposits (Main, Esso and Sumac) have been drill-tested 100 km east of Dease Lake. Together they contain measured and indicated resources of 17.69 million tonnes at 1.71% Cu, 2.36% Zn, 0.34 g/t Au and 27.46 g/t Ag. There is another resource of 11.86 million oz at 1.00% Cu, 1.58% Zn, 0.17 g/t Au and 15.56 g/t Ag in the inferred category. A 0.75% CuEq cut-off grade was used for these estimates.

Western Keltic hopes to have the Kutcho project in production during 2009. Output is expected to be 36,000 tonnes of Cu and 39,000 tonnes of Zn annually in concentrates. A feasibility study for an open pit mine and mill is being prepared and should be available by the end of 2007.
