MANITOBA Toronto's HALO RESOURCES has released a 43-101 report for the Cold, Lost and Bob Lake copper-zinc deposits at its Sherridon VMS property 70 km northeast of Flin Flon. The report notes 3.1 million tonnes of indicated resources averaging 1.00% Cu and 0.97% Zn plus precious metals. There are an additional inferred resources of 9.9 million tonnes at 0.9% Cu, 1.2% Zn and precious metals.

Approximately 70% of the resources lie within 100 metres of the surface, and open pit mining is a possibility. Moreover, the property is a former mine (operated by Sherritt Gordon from 1933 to 1950) with adequate power, road and rail access. The next steps are metallurgical tests, a scoping study, and further drilling to be done next year.

More detailed information on the Sherridon project is posted at www.HaloRes.com.
