WASHINGTON, DC - The International Cyanide Management Institute (ICMI) announced that Cyanco Corp.’s North America rail and truck supply chain has been recertified in compliance with the International Cyanide Management Code.

Cyanco is a signatory to the Cyanide Code as both a cyanide producer and separately as a consigner-transporter. As a consigner-transporter, Cyanco organizes and manages supply chains comprised of companies it has contracted to transport cyanide. The Cyanco North America rail and truck supply chain was initially certified in full compliance with the Cyanide Code in April 2011. As required under the Code, the operation was again audited against ICMI’s Transportation Verification Protocol within three years of its previous certification by an independent professional third-party auditor.

The audit report summary and auditor credentials form are available on Cyanco’s Transportation Signatory Companies Page on the ICMI web site: CyanideCode.org/signatory-company/cyanco-corporation
