NUNAVUT The Jericho claims, which owner TAHERA CORP. says will be Canada's next and Nunavut's first diamond mine, will have a 2003 exploration program costing approximately $1 million. However, about 20% of the total may be reallocated to other prospective diamond projects in the Slave Craton, including some recently acquired claims.
Tahera completed the Environmental Impact Statement for the Jericho mine last January. It hopes to complete the regulatory approval process for development during this year.
