The amount represents purchase orders sent from Quadrem's international buyers to thousands of suppliers located around the world. Total transactions for 2003 are expected to reach US$1.3 billion.
The Quadrem family is growing quickly. More than 200 buying operations from 20 buyer-member companies around the world have connected to the e-Marketplace. More than 4,300 suppliers ranging from local to global in size have joined as well. Revenue for the third quarter of 2003 was up 118% over the third quarter of 2002.
