OTTAWA - The proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Acid Rock Drainage (ICARD) are now available. The meeting was held in March 2006 in St. Louis, Missouri, in conjunction with the SME annual meeting. Over 200 papers from the technical sessions cover topics such as emerging technologies, land use, environmental impacts, prediction and modeling, prevention and control, and abandoned mines.
