OTTAWA, Ontario The federal government of CANADA and the government of YUKON TERRITORIES have concluded an environmental assessment co-operation agreement. It stipulates that a proposed project subject to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act as well as to the Yukon's Environmental Assessment Act will undergo a single environmental assessment that meets the legal and regulatory requirements of both governments.
