The Sudbury area exploration scene continues to be hot. FLAG RESOURCES and GOLDEN BRIAR are drilling the Rathbun Lake occurrence in the area. The program calls for Golden Briar to drill a vertical hole 200 ft west of where massive sulphides outcrop on the southeast shore of the lake. In 1988 Flag drilled a 45 hole in the occurrence and intersected a 287-ft length of "very magnetic secondary rock." Golden Briar can earn a 50% interest in the property by spending $500,000 for exploration.
