SANTIAGO, Chile LAROX CORP. and CODELCO CHILE have extended a co-operative agreement for the study of solid-liquid separation in mineral processing and smelting. This is a sequel to the original 1997 agreement.
Codelco is the world's largest copper producer. It accounts for about 18% of Chile's exports and 4% of the country's gross domestic product.
