GOLD: Abcourt signs 6-month milling contract with QMX

QUEBEC – Abcourt Mines of Mont St Hilaire, QC, and QMX Gold Corp. have signed a six-month agreement for the milling of ore from Abcourt's Elder gold mine near Rouyn-Noranda at QMX's facilities near Val d'Or.

The contract covers 50,000 tonnes of ore from the Elder underground mine development. Abcourt hopes the Elder mine will reach commercial production with an output of 25,000 oz of gold per year. Life of the mine is about 10.4 years.
