BRITISH COLUMBIA – Casa Minerals announced that it has received a Mines Act permit authorizing a work program on its 5,505-hectare Pitman property near Terrace. In a press release, the company said that the permit was issued following consultation with the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and the Kitselas First Nation. The permit approves surface drilling from 10 sites and the construction of a temporary access trail from existing logging roads to proposed drill sites in the Golden Dragon area. Following the approval, Casa mobilized an exploration crew to prepare its Golden Dragon and Dragon Tale prospect areas for drilling. The historic prospects are located within the Pitman project area. The first step that the team on the field will take is the preparation of the access trail. Once this is done, drilling will start. This story first appeared on www.Mining.com.
