BRITISH COLUMBIA – Seabridge Gold of Toronto has signed another benefits agreement covering its KSM gold-copper project 65 km northwest of Stewart. This pact is with the Gitanyow Wilps as represented by the Gitanyow Hereditary Chiefs Office.

Seabridge has agreed to provide funding for certain wildlife, fish and water quality monitoring programs in response to concerns raised by the Gitanyow, whose lands lie downstream from the project site. A committee is also to be created as a means of enhancing communications about the KSM project and related issues.
