GOLD DEVELOPMENT: St Andrew okays Hislop project

ONTARIO — St Andrew Goldfields of Toronto has made a positive production decision for its Hislop gold project near Timmins. Development activities are to begin by the end of November 2009 with open pit production beginning Q1 2010. Ore from the Hislop mine will be trucked to the company's nearby Holt mill for processing. The mine is expected to produce 25,000 oz of gold next year.
