QUEBEC - TOM EXPLORATION of Rouyn-Noranda has signed an agreement with Capitalwerks for a credit facility consisting of a bridge loan of US$10 million with which Tom will acquire and develop the Elder gold mine. At the end of a year it is convertible to a 60-month interest-only loan. The principal is due at the end of the 60-month period.
