QUEBEC - Conway Resources of Quebec City has signed a letter of intent for the dewatering and development of the Belleterre gold mine in the Temiscamingue region with Don Bourgeois et Fils. Conway filed a request for authorization to dewater the mine in February 2011.

The Belleterre mine operated between 1936 and 1959. It produced over 800,000 oz of gold from 2.18 million tonnes of ore that averaged 10.73 g/t Au.

Conway acquired the property when it took over Belleterre Mining Resources in October 2008. Since then the company has conducted an exploration program that has successfully identified veins of mineralization not previously mined. There are four shafts with a maximum depth of 685 metres at the property. Conway would like to reopen the mine.

A 43-101 technical report, last amended in June 2010, on the Belleterre mine is available at www.Ressources-Conway.com.
