ONTARIO - SOUTHERN STAR RESOURCES and EXALL RESOURCES, who have announced plans to merge their assets, recently released drilling results from their Gold Eagle property near Red Lake. The latest work extended the length of the mineralized envelope another 200 m. Bruce Channel zone is now believed to measure 615 m along strike, 450 m wide and 1,100 m vertically, and remains open in all directions.

Hole BC19-2 returned a 5.4-m section that assayed 25.55 g/t Au, a 2.9-m section of 22.05 g/t Au, a 3.9-m section of 108.32 g/t Au and a 3.8-m section of 107.70 g/t Au. These intersections were cut 65 m south of the previously known southern edge of the Bruce zone.

Southern Star and Exall share equally in the Gold Eagle property. The former mine produced 40,000 oz of gold from 1937 to 1941. It lies only 6 km from Goldcorp's Campbell-Red Lake operations. See also www.Exall.com or www.SouthernStarResources.com.
