YUKON - Junior explorer Golden Predator of Vancouver is raising $15 million that it plans to spend primarily on its gold projects in the Yukon. The offering will close in two tranches, the first of which consists of 11.125 million units for gross proceeds of $6.675 million. The second tranche requires shareholder approval to issue securities in excess of 25% of the company's outstanding share capital.

Golden Predator has a handful of exploration properties in the Tintina Gold Belt, that also hosts the Donlin Creek, Fort Knox and Dublin Gulch deposits. It is also home to the former high grade Brewery Creek mine. The company's active projects include Cynthia, Brewery Creek, Gold Dome, Clear Creek, Grew Creek, Antimony Mountain and the Rogue District.

Details of the company's projects, including some stunning photography, are available at www.GoldenPredator.com.
