NEW RICHMOND, Quebec It is early days yet, and mineralized boulders do not a mine make, but RESSOURCES APPALACHES of Rimouski, Que. is encouraged by the ones they have found. One of the boulders assayed 34 g/t Au, and others returned values of 9.7, 9.9, and 19 g/t Au, and lesser amounts. Visible gold has been noted in some of them.

Appalaches says the boulder field covers an area 700-metres long and 300-metres wide where three major faults converge. The property consists of 134 claims covering 70 km in an area that has not been well prospected.

The company is also testing the Mont-de-l'Aigle property, photos from which appear on the web site www.ressourcesappalaches.com.
