BRITISH COLUMBIA Vancouver-based CUSAC GOLD MINES has begun production from the high-grade underground portion of its Table Mountain gold project in the Cassiar Gold Camp. All required underground mining personnel, equipment, and supplies are on site. Refurbishment of the 300-tonnes/day mill, assay lab and other facilities are progressing. The company expects cash flow from gold production by the end of this year.
The company is equally exciting about its exploration program at the Taurus II gold project. Earlier trenching helped define a number of alteration zones and quartz vein structures that will be targeted for diamond drilling. Photos of the work may be viewed at www.Cusac.com.
