ONTARIO – Exploration drilling at the Rahill-Bonanza joint venture is returning good grades – 6.58 g/t Au over 6.3 metres. The property is owned 51% by Goldcorp and 49% by Premier Gold Mines, the operator. It is west of and adjacent to Goldcorp's Red Lake Gold Mines near the town of the same name.

Exploration drilling is being conducted from the haulage drift between the Red Lake complex and the Cochenour gold mine 6 km to the north. The area of interest has veining, alteration and mineralization associated with a folded ultramafic rock unit, a geological setting similar to that at RLGM. Hole D36987 returned 15.79 g/t Au across 2.13 metres within an alteration zone grading 6.58 g/t across 6.3 metres. Hole D36984 returned 17.75 g/t across 1.07 metre in a core grading 4.25 g/t across 7.4 metres. The zone appears to be open both up and down dip.
