GOLD RESOURCE: Nearly 3-M oz in Timmins West property

ONTARIO – Lake Shore Gold of Toronto estimates there are approximately 2.8 million oz of gold in its Timmins West project. Total indicated resources in the Thunder Creek and Timmins deposit are 5.8 million tonnes grading 5.99 g/t Au. The two deposits also have a combined inferred resource of 4.3 million tonnes grading 5.76 g/t Au.

Lake Shore declared commercial production from the Timmins mine in 2011. The Thunder Creek property is an advanced exploration project.
