BRITISH COLUMBIA - Vancouver's BRALORNE GOLD MINES has released new resource figures based on the current bulk sampling program at the former Bralorne Pioneer mine. The measured mineral resource is 3,425 tonnes at 8.4 g/t Au; the indicated resource is 17,729 tonnes at 11.0 g/t; and the inferred resource is 412,700 tonnes at approximately 10 g/t Au.

Bralorne built a pilot test mill facility to treat the 10,000-tonne bulk sample. The work is being done as part of a feasibility study leading, hopefully, to a decision on full-scale production. In April 2004, the mine poured its first gold bar after being dormant for more than 30 years.
