MADAGASCAR – Toronto-based DNI Metals is beginning development of its Madagascar graphite project 50 km south of Toamasina. The project lies in a well defined graphite belt where the mineral has been produced for over 50 years. DNI acquired the property in June 2015.

The company says there are three known graphite zones running through its claims, but it will focus on the main zone, known as Vohitsara. "Vohitsara" means "good mountain" in the local language. The zone extends more than 1.5 km in a north-south direction.

Grab samples from the Madagascar project have returned head grades of 9.85%, 10.0% and 35.5% Cg. The material has a jumbo and large flake distribution of more than 62.5%. Graphite in those categories contain 91.3% to 97.9% Cg.

The DNI website is at www.DNImetals.com
