Click Here. By the way, last weeks question about the effect of commodity prices on future plans attracted a disappointing 11 responses. Half of them said they have not made changes. Three times as many said development and expansion are going ahead (27%) than did those saying such plans are delayed (9%). The results are hardly scientific, but I wonder if a consulting firm with adequate resources has done a study of these trends.
