VANCOUVER – The shareholders of Western Lithium USA Corp. and Lithium Americas Corp. have in separate meetings approved the plan of arrangement as outlined by the companies.
Western Lithium will issue shares such that Lithium Americas shareholders will receive 0.789 of a Western share for each share of Lithium Americas held. The deal is expected to close Sept. 4, 2015.
