STOCKHOLM – Atlas Copco now offers a high efficiency, 10-tonne load-haul-dumper, the Scooptram EST1030. It is intended for applications where ventilation needs to be kept at a minimum. The ergonomically designed operator compartment will boost productivity in any underground mine, according to the manufacturer.
The EST1030 features an intelligent, low tension cable control system to minimize wear and reduce operating costs. It can tram 300 metres with top speeds of approximately 15 km/h. For safety, the operator will have excellent visibility in the ISO FOPS/ROPS-approved cabin. Multi-function control joysticks and air suspension seat enhance operator comfort. All daily service points are easy to access to make maintenance a snap.
