TORONTO – Dumas Contracting and Tercon Investments plan to combine, creating a new company with an integrated suite of services for the international mining and energy sectors. The new company will do business under the familiar Dumas name.
"The combination makes Dumas one of the few contractors able to provide both underground and surface mining services," added Tercon president Milan Soucek.
