BRITISH COLUMBIA TERRANE METALS of Vancouver has selected METSO MINERALS of Guelph, ON to supply mineral processing equipment for its Mt. Milligan copper-gold project 155 km northwest of Prince George. The order is worth approximately $69 million
Metso will supply a primary crusher, a SAG mill, two ball mills and related equipment. The equipment will be delivered during Q3 2011 in preparation for startup in Q1 2012
Mt. Milligan will produce 88 million lb of copper and 217,000 oz of gold annually over a 15.3-year mine life. Details are available at www.TerraneMetals.com.
