ONTARIO – Toronto-based Moneta Porcupine Mines says the results of metallurgical tests on material from its Golden Highway project 100 km east of Timmins are positive. Recoveries of up to 96.4% Au on material from 55, Gap, Windjammer Central/South/North zones and Southwest zones were measured.

Six composite samples were prepared for each of the gold zones at the average grade of 1.0 g/t Au. Composites were tested using three different grind size bottle roll and cyanide leach tests to establish metallurgical recoveries and zone characteristics. Recoveries were consistent across all zones, suggesting that the ore can be processed by one standardized mill. The leaching results were also consistent with historical testing by previous owners.

Moneta Porcupine owns 100% of the Golden Highway project. The indicated in pit resource is 32.9 million tonnes grading 0.95 g/t Au, and the inferred in pit resource is 40.6 million tonnes grading 0.98 g/t Au.

A map of the Golden Highway project and Moneta’s properties in the Porcupine Camp is available at MonetaPorcupine.com.
