TORONTO - ROSCOE POSTLE ASSOCIATES (RPA) has been acquired by SCOTT WILSON GROUP of Basingstoke, U.K. RPA will be integrated with Scott Wilson's existing mining consultancy operations enabling both organizations to benefit from a broader client base and complementary skills.
The expanded Scott Wilson mining group will be managed from Toronto by the principals of RPA. Graham Clow will head the Scott Wilson Mining Group worldwide and Bill Roscoe will be president of the newly formed SCOTT WILSON ROSCOE POSTLE ASSOCIATES LTD., maintaining responsibility within the group for all geological and mineral resource aspects of the new business. Jim Hendry will relocate to London, U.K., as director of operations and will expand the presence for the new mining group servicing European clients.
