VANCOUVER - COMMITTEE BAY RESOURCES completed its takeover of MATADOR EXPLORATION on Nov. 30, 2005. Committee Bay acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Matador in exchange for issuing 6.5 million common shares, options for a further 328,500 shares and warrants for another 3.7 million shares.

Committee Bay now has exploration projects at the Committee Bay Greenstone Belt in Nunavut, the Calgardie Gold District in Western Australia, and prospects in Argentina. The company also transferred its option on the Bom Jardim property to Dahava Resources, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Matador.

Committee Bay is updating its webpage at www.CommitteeBay.com to reflect these recent changes.
