Beaufield Resources of Montreal has named Jens E. Hansen its new president and CEO. He had held those posts in the interim since March 2013. Hansen is also president of Geotest with whom Beaufield has entered into a formal consulting agreement.

Superior Copper Corp. of Toronto says Paul Millar, who has been with the company since its inception, will become chairman and interim CEO. Brian Howlett will assume the responsibilities of president as well as his current role as CFO. Former president and CEO Judy Baker has resigned from the company.
