Saskatoon-based Canpotex has tapped Ken Seitz to be president and CEO of the company. Steve Dechka will retire from those roles at the end of 2015. Seitz was most recently senior VP and chief commercial officer at Cameco. He holds a BSc, BEng and MBA from the University of Saskatchewan.
Continental Gold of Toronto has appointed Mateo Restrepo Villegas as executive VP because of his extensive experience in the Colombian mining, infrastructure, banking, and government relations fields. He will be based in the company's Medellin office.
Xiaohuan (Juan) Tang is joining the team at Wealth Minerals of Vancouver. He will be COO and hold a directorship.
