Cummins Westport of Vancouver has promoted Rob Neitzke to the position of president. He had been the company's general manager of the construction segment of the off-highway engine business. Employed by Cummins since 1994, Neitzke will take over his new duties on Jan. 1, 2015.

The new CEO of Champion Iron Limited of Toronto is Michael OKeeffe, who is also the company's executive chairman. Previously, he was the chairman of Mamba Minerals when it merged with Champion in 2013.

Integra Gold Corp. of Vancouver has named Langis St-Pierre as COO. He will be responsible for development of the Lamaque South project and Sigma-Lamaque mill in Val d'Or, QC.

Kirkland Lake Gold, headquartered in the Ontario town of the same name, has chosen Suzette N. Ramcharan as its new director of investor relations. She has had similar roles with St Andrew Goldfields, Gold Eagle Mines and Gabriel Resources.

Vancouver-based Medallion Resources has appointed Donald Lay as CEO and Dr. Bill Bird as chief technical advisor. Long serving director David Haber has been named non-executive chairman of the board.
