Eco Oro Minerals of Vancouver has promoted Mark Moseley-Williams to the posts of president and CEO. He was previously the company’s COO. Prior to that he worked at Fortuna Silver, Coeur d’Alene Mines, Kinross and Eldorado Gold. David Mosher is now a strategic advisor to Erdene Resource Development of Halifax. Over the past decade, he has been active in the restructuring and refinancing of a number of junior resource companies, both private and public, and currently serves as a director of several mining and exploration companies. Toronto-based McEwen Mining has appointed Colin Sutherland as its president. Rob McEwen will retain the duties of chairman. Rene Marion is the new non-executive chairman for Richmont Mines of Toronto. Greg Chamandy has resigned that post but will continue to be a member of the company’s technical and corporate responsibility committee. Sulliden Mining Capital has named Paul Pint as president. He is a CPA and holds a BComm from the University of Toronto. Justin Reid will continue to serve as CEO.
