MINING PEOPLE: Goldcorp, Klondex, KSB, and Radisson Mining

Vancouver-based Goldcorp has made changes to its senior management as it shifts focus to low cost mines. Russell Ball, executive VP of corporate development and capital management, will assume the CFO role, effective immediately. He replaces Lindsay Hall who has left the company. Richard Orazietti will assume the role of senior VP and controller. David Stephens will assume the role of VP and treasurer. Finally, Rohan Athaide will assume the role of VP, internal audit. Klondex Mines of Vancouver has named Mike Doolin its COO. He was formerly VP of technical services for the company and has more than 25 years of experience, including general manager of the Esmeralda mill. Doolin replaces Brent Kristof. Marcus Henderson is the new business development manager for KSB Canada in Mississauga, ON. Radisson Mining Resources of Rouyn-Noranda, QC, has invited Rejean Gourde to join its board of directors. He is a mining engineer and independent consultant with 40 years of experience.
