Warren Holmes is now executive vice-chairman and director; William Baird is president and CEO; and Ernest Simmons is COO. FNX MINING of Toronto has announced the resignation of Anthony Makuch from the position of senior VP and COO at the end of February 2008. Vernon Baker will become the VP of Sudbury mining operations, effective Feb. 1. He will reside in Sudbury, Ont.
