Argonaut Exploration of Calgary has made changes to its management in recent days. Ray Cook, a co-found and past president of the company, has been named president and CEO. He replaces David Jensen. Oleh Wowkodaw has been named the new COO and CFO, replacing Dale Hansen.

Toronto-based Canada Lithium has invited Stephane Bertrand to join its board of directors. He is a former chief of staff to the Quebec premier and cabinet. Bertrand was also director of research and communications and subsequently executive director of the Québec Liberal Party.

The new president of International Lithium of Vancouver is Kirill Klip. He is a graduate of the St. Petersburg State University of Railways and the holder of a finance MBA from the International Business School in Moscow and Guildhall University in London. Klip is also the largest individual shareholder in the company.

Doug Nicholson is now CEO of Vancouver’s Oracle Mining Corp. He joined the company in February as COO. The company intends to restart the Oracle Ridge copper mine in Arizona.
