BREAKWATER RESOURCES of Toronto has asked Jason Stevens and Daniel Goffaux to join its senior management team. Stevens is the new executive VP of legal and corporate affairs as well as corporate secretary. Goffaux has rejoined the company as VP for Latin America.

Jonathan Awde has been appointed executive VP and director at BRITANNICA RESOURCES of Malartic, Que. He earned a bachelor of economics from Acadia University in 1999.

CREW GOLD, a Canadian company that is headquartered in London, U.K., has made the following appointments: Simon Booth as executive VP and COO, Andrew Abbot as manager of global maintenance systems, William R. LeClair as executive VP and CFO, Graeme Bothwick as head of risk assurance and internal audit, Simon Russell as a member of the board and audit committee chair, Gareth Roberts as group treasurer and Rory Taylor as VP of accounting and administration.

Vancouver-based ENERGY METALS has promoted Curtis Sealy to VP of environment and regulatory affairs and named Dennis Stover the company’s COO.
